    Jack Reacher

    Trying unsuccessfully to backup Jack Reacher. When you open the full disc up it is only showing as 245mb in size.

    I thought this was fixed several versions ago.

        Please post the log as CBR929 advised.

        This DVD shows 376MB for me with v9.1.6.8, so there is a problem. If you have v8.2.2.9 or 8.2.3.0 installed, they will open it and show the correct size, I did not try to make a copy. You can download v8.2.3.0 from the DVDFab website here:http://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=DVDFAB8

                  Please post your logs the default location is:
                  For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
                  For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
                  Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
                  If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
