DVDFab can't clone Chronicles of Narnia (Prince Caspian)

    Hello people,
Please I need help here. My question is still open, but I still don't get any definitive solution to my problem. I just can't clone the Chronicle of Narnia I have even swap the DVD because I thought the first one was not clean enough but the problem still persist.

And also I can't upload any new log because my storage seems to reach its capacity and I would like to know how to delete those I already upload.

I posted this same question in different thread it did not get any definitive answer and I'm starting it here again.

    Hello people,
I still can't make a copy of this old DVD (Chronicle of Narnia) and please don't tell me to clean the DVD because it is cleaned and it is not cracked. Here is the the DVDFab internal log for the session.

The last log I saw you post still had a read error. You need to post a recent internal log.

The forum won't let me upload new document because I don't have anymore space.I need to delete some of the logs I uploaded before and I have no idea how to do that because the forum only allows me to do very limited task.
Do you have any suggestions how to do that?

I'm not sure what you mean but I think maybe the string of logs may be too large to upload. Just open the internal_log and cut and paste the last log. DVDfab will save every internal log you've ever done in that file which will make it too large to upload after a time.

Here is the last log and it still shows read error but it is not because the DVD is dirty is got to be something else because I cleaned this DVD with Windex even tough it was clearly clean already.

Yeah a read error doesn't have to be caused by a dirty disc it can be a manufacturing defect or part of a protection scheme. Have you tried "main movie" the read error may not be within the movie itself?

              Blocus & others:
Please follow this procedure when posting a log:
              • Open the DVDFab_internal.log file with Notepad.
              • Look through the file to locate the log session that illustrates your problem; the newest entries will be at the end of the file.
              • Highlight the complete log session and copy it to the clipboard (highlight, right click, select Copy). Each log session begins with the DVDFab version, the date and the time.
              • On the Notepad menu, select File->New then right click in the window and select Paste.
              • On the Notepad menu, Select File->Save As and give the file a name and location.
              • In the forum, create a new post about the log and look just below the post editing window for the Manage Attachments button; click it and follow the instructions. Do NOT use the 'ATTACH' BB code in your post text.
Always include the entire log session.

I can't upload any new log and that is the reason I do copy and paste.

I tried to copy just the main movie but still no luck. This old DVD may just have some protection that DVDFab can't just crack.

Make a new post and follow the steps I listed, it will work. Post the complete log session, from the date header at the top to the last line, just before the next date header.

                      Hi,
Please try to export source info and save to a folder(contains VIDEO_TS folder (IFO files) and DISC.BIN file) if the option could be used. And then please zip them and attach to here
