I have tried to make copies of three different disks I own, no problem at all with my old DvdFab 8, when using Fab 9, I get a message the it has an encryption and can not continue? Any ideas why? Thanks.

Are you in the US? Check the installer file you downloaded for v9 and see if it is named dvdfab9xxxUS.exe. If so, you have the US version which will not currently decrypt Blu-rays due to legal restrictions. There are 3rd party workarounds that will restore this ability but they can't be discussed here. Google "woookao".

Looks like AACS decryption is not free anymore since version 9.1.4.0.
