Cant copy Snow White

Good day to all at DVD fab.
I have the full licence of this software,I want to copy a DVD of Snow White just to have a spare for my granddaughter.
Now on starting to copy the disc dvd fab tells me it can't do it,So checked the genuine dvd and on the rear cover it states that the disc is a Dual Layer.

Is there any way that I can get around this issue Please.

Please let DVDFab scan the disc and then post the internal log session that it creates. Assuming that this the Disney classic and not Snow White and the Huntsman.

and are doing full disc or just the main movie?? you might try just the main movie
and see if that works. you can also click on common settings in dvd fab and
select dvd and then pathplayer and select disable pathplayer, restart dvdfab
and try the disc again.

Please download and install the latest version of DVDFab, yours is far behind. You can get it here: http://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=DVDFAB9

The only log we need for now is the DVDFab internal log, the file name is dvdfab_internal.log

The forum views some of the log entries as smilies and is telling you that you have used too many. If it happens again, you can just make a zip or rar file of the log and attach it to a post using the Manage Attachments button, which is below the post editing window.

The logs show that you are using an old version of DVDFab, please download and install v9.1.7.9, you can get it from the link I posted earlier. If the new version still does not work for this disc, post a log session made with the new version. There were many DVD protection removal updates between the version you have and the current one.

I see in your zip file of the log that you had path player disabled most of the time and that the time you had it enabled you canceled the attempt, please do not cancel it let it try to read it.
Try downloading an older version 8085 from here and see if this will work.
