also are you using the free hd decrypter version?? if so, the free version is not frequently updated as the paid version.

Use the Manage Attachments button to attach the log files instead of putting them in a post. You can use Notepad or some other text editor to select the log session that concerns the disc with a problem, the entire log file is not needed and only confuses the issue.

Your license for DVD Copy is not valid, probably expired. You can renew it in the Member Center on the Fab website or contact the Support Team if you think it should not be expired. Renewal is cheap! You are running in HD Decrypter mode, which will not decrypt some newer discs.
