The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1

Trying to copy The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 using the latest version DVDFab 9.1.9.2 it hangs for a while trying to Open DVD Source. Then I get a pop up saying Reading/Writing Error control. Error while reading! Please choose what to do. If I wait longer it eventually opens but is showing compression ratio of only 4% and shows a file size of 88.978 GB > 4472 MB. Attached the only log file that was generated.

    Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1

Instead of a new thread -- I'll just add that I used 9.1.9.2 and two different drives -- this title stalls at the same place -- 60%.
    Attached is the log.

Update. I just re-installed it a few times and it kept doing the same thing. But just now I re-installed it again. And now its showing compression at 66% and 6775 MB > 4472 MB. I'm gonna do a Clone and Full Disc copy and see what happens. I'll post back when it's done.

            Hunger Games Mockingjay

My disk shows over 7300mb to start with before running Fab. I wonder what the difference is and if it means anything.

Finished and Clone worked fine. Full Disc copied it as well. But I noticed that it used Title 20. But when I play the original disc in VLC Media Player it uses Title 22. Shouldn't they be the same? I know they are the same length. Clone also shows Title 22 when being played. Going to Main Movie it auto selects 20 and doesn't even give the option to select Title 22. Just played the original disc in Windows Media Player and when it plays the movie it's playing Title 26.

I guess because only a couple of people appear to still have a problem with this title that there's no urgency to see if we have an isolated problem or if there's a different kind of protection that the new Fab update can't handle?
                  Thanks.

Don't be ridiculous. You have not even posted a log file. Post a complete log session for this disc if you want someone to take this seriously. Instructions in my sig. All known US variants have been tested and work, it is important to know if there is an additional one.

I did attach a log file when I first posted my problem in this thread. If my attachment was not correct or insufficient or if I should have posted additional info -- neither you or a Fab staffer said anything.
I have always taken this forum seriously when posting.

Tried to clone/burn but it fizzled out and stopped. Got the usual error dialog box and chose ignore all but it never continued. Attached is the log from this attempt.

You have read errors in the log, have you tried cleaning the disc with window cleaner? Even if it's new.

if the disc still won't copy after being cleaned then you have
                            a bad pressed/defective disc.

Thanks -- I tried the window cleaner and then tried to back up -- same thing. I'm bringing it back for an exchange.
