    Never received regisration code or support email

    I bought the lifetime version of dvdcopy Friday. It mentioned if you did not receive a code within 2 hours contact support. I did so and here it is Sunday and I still have not received a code nor heard from support. I am not sure if it's because there is no one there on the weekend, as I didn't see any days listed on the website as far as support goes. I also didn't see any number for calling or I would have used that.

    I have also filled out the registering email for resending the code but I never got that email either. The only emails I have gotten were the support ticket and also the activation email from this forum. Anyone know why this is?

    You do not need a key to register your newly purchased license. All that is necessary is to create an account in the Member Center on the DVDFab website and then use the same email and password to register the product on your PC.

      Yeah I tried creating an account but I never got the email for continuing on that. I put in my email addy and it says "Message sent successfully to your email, please check it for the next step" but I never receive the email. I just tried a 3rd time right as I was writing this but still have not got it. If needed I can provide the order number and screenshot of my purchase.

        Check your spam or junkmail folder.

        You also need to remember the time/date difference when communicating with the office in Beijing. The office will be open Monday morning, or in about 10 hours.

        Once you get the Member center account created, use the Activate button as illustrated in the attached.

          Yeah I wasn't sure if they were closed on the weekend. And yeah will probably have to wait till tomorrow as there is nothing in spam folder either.

            They are open on Saturday Beijing time with weekend staffing levels. They should be able to get you running, but I am concerned that you are not receiving the emails.

              Please post your logs the default location is:
              For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
              For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
              Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
              If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
