The Proposal - chapter sequence error

Using DVDFab 6 Had "the proposal" R4 (speed chick and dorky guy) burn chapters in wrong sequence a la star trek. ch1=ch1, ch2=ch4, etc

Is this going to be addressed or am I doing something innately stupid?

I did not get this with the R1 version. Make sure you have PathPlayer in the Always Enable mode and try Main Movie or Customize/Remove Menus.
