DVDFab 9.2.1.4 Won't copy

I just installed the newest version of DVDFab 9.1.2.4 and tried to back up my movie "Home Sweet Hell" it read the DVD until about 44% then gave an error reading failure message.
I will upload the log file.

check your disc for scratches /cracks / fingerprints / blemishes ect.
try cleaning the disc.

Tried All That

Thanks for posting, I tried all of that and actually I used a different software and it made a perfect copy. So I believe it's something with DVDFab, I tried using v. 9.2.1.2 and it would not back it up either?

I have the disc now and DVDFab v9.2.1.4 (registered version) copies it fine.
