Can not OPEN the movie AIR

Can someone please help I've also tried DVDFab v9.2.1.5

You need to supply the DVDFab internal log session for this title. Instructions for this are contained in my sig, below.

I have tested the disc and it seems to open fine with v9.2.1.6 Beta. You must have a registered versions of DVDFab and PathPlayer must be set to Always Enable in Common Settings. Please post the log that was requested earlier so we can tell whether or not we have the same version of the disc.

I hope this is what you are wanting, I can not find anything else. I am using a registered v9.2.1.6 Beta with the setting the way you wanted I keep getting an error reading disc and either have to choose retry, abort ignore or ignore all

Just tried again choosing ignore all this time

It still would not open the disc and this is the log I got from it.

Those are not the correct logs. The one I need is named dvdfab_internal.log and is in the same folder as the others. Follow the instructions linked in my sig (below) for attaching it to a post.

Trying to get that for you now

trying again to open it so I can get that log it was not checked to make one, but is now. Please also notice in the other post for a bluray version, not that mine is but he is also having trouble.

The Blu-ray problem is not related to what you are seeing.

I had to choose ignore all for it to even open, once I did it get open and tried to rip it, this is what I got for error

Yes, that is it, thanks. DVDFab reports many read errors on the disc. Does it play OK on your PC or in a standalone player?

I am watching the rip I made using v9.2.1.6 Beta now, seems OK so far.

Let me one of the few I'm sure to say I'm sorry you was right!

After doing this for as many years as I have this has only happened twice now. I did do a quick scan in a stand alone player to make sure it started and such, but after two days of trying everything I know and listening to you as well I replaced it back into my stand alone and sure as S____ the last ten miutes was F____ up. Went back to Wal mart and got a new copy and it's opened and ripping now. Thank you again for all your help and have a good night.
