Disk spins and unable to read or copy

I have DVDFab version 9.2.1.5 and unable to copy a DVD that has 2 episodes on the Disk even if I select copy full disk, it spins and spins and does nothing.
My wife has Version 9.0.7.0 and is able to copy the Disk. Why am I unable to copy this DVD when I have the latest version?

Fixed

I downloaded the very latest version 9.2.1.9 and now I am able to copy. Strange that my wife with a old version was able to copy and I needed to update my version.

Strange but not necessarily relevant. It happens with certain discs from time to time. Be happy it is working for you now. We still do not know what the disc was, since there is no log in this thread.
