Fantastic 4 and ted 2

Is DVDFAB not bothering with DVDs anymore? I have brand new DVDs of Fantastic four and Ted 2. I have tried DVDFAB 8 and DVDFAB 9 and the new beta DVDFAB 9. No luck on any of them. I did get to 98.8% on DVDFAB 8 and it froze up. And that was after hitting try again all through the process on Fantastic four. I don't see anything in the DVDFAB DVD copy about the DVD titles only the BD. I don't know how to send the log files and I know that will be the first answer. It just seems odd that 2 separate titles will not back up. And that is trying on 2 different brand DVD burners. It is very frustrating.

He is new and just having a problem with his understanding, I have a question for you, Just updated to the newest version of DVDFab beta, It said is has added a dialog to open when cinavia is present on the DVD disc, yet no dialog opened to inform me on Ted 2 that cinavia was present.
