Main titles are good, extras are muted

Newbee, here.
I have used various versions of dvdfab, in the last month, as the quality of my recording in the new year have become very poor.
In December, I was able to copy the entire Sparticus tv series with no problem.
Then, Falling Skies S4 and Supernatural S10 have all their extras muted, while the main titles are great!??
I'm not using the BlueRay function, so I don't THINK Cinivia (sp?) has anything to do with it.
I have recently updated drivers on my Win7, Dell laptop and VLC is up-to-date. Even so, I copied the files to a flash drive and they don't play on the Smart Samsung tv, either.
I don't know what's going on and I don't know which log info to include, so I'm flipping a coin and hope it's the following:

I keep getting messages that this log file is too long, so I am deleting the last parts each time I try to submit... :/

Please let me know, soon.
In the meantime, deleted newest version and going back to the pre-updated older version that was working.

Please update to DVDFab v9.2.2.6 and try one of these again and report the result. You had the correct log but it is better to attach it to a post instead of putting it in the text window. See the instructions linked in my sig, below. Do not edit or change the log except to extract the log session concerning your disc. Attach the new log if it does not work correctly. Also, download and install DVDFab Media Player and try the playback using it in trial version.
