Need Help Please-Burning Problem

just downloaded DVDfab and i put the movie in to copy and it completes no problem at all. But as soon as i put the DVD+R disc in (and yes my copy is +R) It kicks it out and a message pops up saying " failed to copy Would you like to try again?" Try it over and over same message.. It seems like it starts to write the disc but pops disc out and message pops up... Please help What should i do?? Is there a patch to fix it??
