will not open file.

hi all,
have just tried to copy "TRIPLE 9" a uk version, but it will not open the file, just sits there trying to open. Have tried both full copy and main movie only no luck,?
Is any one else having trouble with this title ?

ps:- there are no logs showing for this dvd in the folder

Do you have pathplayer set to "always enabled"
And are you using the registered version ??

Check the disc for scratches / defects ect and try cleaning the disc.
Also please post the dvdfab internal log files.
And some discs do take longer to open than others.

there are no log files showing, and have let the disc run for over one hour and still will not open.

Retry the disc with pathplayer disabled
See if the disc will now open , if it does, check to see if there's any internal log files and post them. Also try 9.3.0.8 beta and see if that version works.

If there is no file named dvdfab_internal.log, there is something wrong with your DVDFab installation or your PC. Reinstall the latest version of DVDFab and try it again. The log location can be accessed as shown in the capture. Leave PathPlayer enabled to generate the first log.

have just reinstalled dvd fab 9.3.0.7. and all well has open dvd and copied ok, many thanks for all the help.
