Can anyone tell me what this and how to stop it, I have searched the internet and can not find any thing about this popup, this popups with version 8 also it is very annoying that I can't get rid of this popup!

might try checking your antivirus/spyware software. sometimes these can
        keep dvdfab from operating normally.

It is operating normally, I can copy discs, it's just that the popup is annoying!

that's not normal for both versions of dvdfab to show that error message.
are you running dvdfab "as administrator"

Signals, I think I may have found the problem I use a DPI Scaling of 150%, when DVDFab starts the so called angel wing error popup shows and says DVDFab has crashed when it really has not. When I change the DPI Scaling to 100% I do not get the so called angel wing error. I use the DPI Scaling of 150% as my eyes are failing somewhat. I thought that there was a fix for this some time ago although I don't remember where it was and what version it was, I could be wrong.

There have actually been several tweaks to the way Fab reacts to different zoom settings, some to correct missing or misplaced text or labels in the GUI and similar things, so this is not really surprising. Thanks for the feedback, maybe they can do another tweak for 150%. Glad it is actually working.
