Imgburn question for DVD+R DL discs

I make a full copy of the movie disc into my computer's hard drive. Then I burn it onto blank DL disc. I prefer Imgburn for big movies. (my understanding is Imgburn is a better choice for DL discs.) here's the question:

Imgburn gives me a list of choices by color codes. But, the color codes sometimes are all gray! Then, what do I do? Do I select the top choice? I have no idea what is the cretaria! I appreciate any suggestion. I tried to get help from Imgburn web site with no luck. Thanks.

This is solid advice; I have done it this way for years. Almost always a blue star in Img.
