Still does not rip the correct title of Power Rangers

I just tried the latest version of DVDFab v10.0.4.5 and it still tries to select title 9 which is only a minute of the disc. Some people say to select title 40 or 41 but they are not displayed. This is a new DVD of Power Rangers in US. Attached is a copy of my log.

Power Rangers DVD still not working with v 10.0.4.5

Both COPY & RIPPER are not working properly. You are unable to select the main movie and by default only 1:34 shows up for both.

Copy and Ripper, Full Disc and Main Movie all open this disc correctly (retail version, BestBuy). Gary, you have a different version of the disc which is not supported and may require another update. Please tell me the source of the disc in a PM.

scook, you did not supply a log session, so I can't tell what you have.

You can try disabling Cloud Decryption for DVD in DVDFab Common Settings, although it worked for me both ways.

You need to supply the DVDFab internal log session from the failed attempts and the source of the disc. The US retail is supported, it has a disc ID of 3439333635343838343732323135303139380000.

@C.QuffLink, your version is not supported, please supply the source. You can do this by sending me a PM if desired.

Same here with DVD of Power Rangers. It only shows 47MB file size. And no title 41 available. I'm using 10.0.4.5. And the DVD is a Redbox rental for U.S. The disc does play movie when in a DVD player. This is the 2nd time I rented this dang disc now hoping to get it done. Bummer.
