    DVD Fab not spliting files

I have tried multiple versions of DVD Fab and all are doing the same thing. The program registers just fine but when I try to split a file bigger than 4.37 Gb into 2 discs, it starts but then does not complete. There are no apparent error messages or prompts.
I have uninstalled the newest version and gone back to version 5 but the problem persists. I am experiencing this same problem on more than one PC (all are running Windows 7) but another PC is working fine and not experiencing this same problem.

Any help anyone can provide would be extremely appreciated. If I can't figure this out, I will have to find another program that will do what DVD Fab does.

Well, without further info from you, I guess all I can say is that the solution may be found if it can be determined what the difference is between the one computer that is doing it properly, and the rest that aren't.

Either that or please provide a little more info about what exactly is happening in the machines that don't seem to be doing this right, so we have something concrete to work on.

Please read the 'Help Us Help You' thread and let's get some solid info.

Do you have a FAT32 formatted drive on one of the computers because FAT32 has a file size limitation of ~4Gb?

The maximum file size DVD to DVD produces is 1GB unless you are writing a disc image (ISO) file. Which Split option are you using, i.e. Split or Customize Split?
