DVD Fab stopped writing, get message asc/ascq interpetation power calibration area is full. Was working fine and then this happened suddenly. Installed and reinstalled Image Burn and Fab many times same results.

ImgBurn is complaining it can't find the correct power level to burn the disc. You can try a different brand of blank media, clean the laser diode or try turning off calibration in ImgBurn and roll the dice.

The burn laser in the drive may be dirty or faliing/failed. Try 90312's suggestion about turning off OPC and see if it works.

I am not sure if I should start a new thread or can I put this info here. After I have undated the DVDfab to the higher lever, but of my computers have been giving me this issue.

Please go to Common Settings>Drives>DVD Write, slow down the write speed, for example, the max write speed of the blank media is 8x, set it to 4x.
Also, try a different type of blank media, we suggest Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim.

Just in case, clean the laser of your burner too.
