I'm not sure, but I don't see a usb hdd and I'm stuck at work and only catching bits and pieces....who knows????
The OP is quite new at this and this thread is getting a bit convoluted.

*Sigh* I feel hopeless as far as getting DVD Fab to copy my movies at the quality I want. By the way, did that other person who told me to change my settings in Image Burn know what he was talking about? I was weary to trust him because he was just an ordinary member and not a moderator. MaineMan or AGJ can one of you two please let me know what I should do. I didn't plan on formatting my drives. I simply wanna copy and burn to the same quality my previous method was working. I was ripping with DVD Shrink and burning with DVD Decryptor with absolutely no errors or problems and it had perfect quality. Though this older method does not work with any of the newer movies so I need to change. Anyway if this laptop worked fine with my previous method why will it not work with this new one?

CBR929 is a well-respected and highly valued member here.
          His advice is rock solid.

One of this things that makes this tough is your inexperience and limited knowledge of what to ask, how to ask and how to respond.
I don't mean this as any sort of personal criticism. We all started at the beginning.
The 32 on the lappie case refers to Windows7 32-bit and has nothing to do with FAT32

          From your log:
W 22:34:10 Drive E:\ (FAT32) does not support single files > 4 GB in size.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Ah, that would be my 700GB External Hard Drive. I can save to my C Disc instead if it helps any. By the way, I didn't think you were criticizing me. I'm new to this and I know it. That's why I'm here on these forums pestering everyone with my newbiness. I'm just glad there are people who are willing to help me out...Even if I am slow to the DVD Copy Community. So what shall we try next?

Watch this youtube video in the link below on how to configure DVDFab to work with Imgburn.

Since your drive is FAT32 you can only save as Video TS and not ISO. Lower the burn speed to 8x like CBR929 mentioned as Memorex are junk media

I sympathize with your frustrations and understand, if you would rather I not try to help you then let me know as I have been in your same situation a few years ago not knowing much about computers but Goggle was my friend and I read a lot and I promise you there will be no hard feelings.
I have a few more questions are you ripping you files to your external hdd? post #39

                Logs
W 22:34:10 Drive E:\ (FAT32) does not support single files > 4 GB in size.
                I 22:34:11 Destination File: E:\Videos\Open Season\OPEN_SEASON.iso
                I 22:34:12 Destination Free Space: 622,449,754,112 Bytes (607,861,088 KB) (593,614 MB) (579 GB)

If so I would suggest ripping it to your c:drive and then post back with results.

lol I saw that after I posted. I'm copying Shriek 2 as we speak. I'll post my logs and my quality review either sometime tonight, or if it gets too late tomorrow when I get home. I'll prolly get it up soon though.

Memorex, typically are marginal to crappy discs.
Problem is, Memorex doesn't make the media. They use multiple manufacturers, generally cheap stuff and put their name on it.
You might get lucky, but you will most likely be unlikely.

It's just not worth it to use crappy media.
Generally, with blank media, brands don't mean much.
It's much more helpful to talk in terms of media ID (MID)
Two notable exceptions are Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden media and they're what we recommend.

Verbatim can be purchased in many of the brick&mortar stores and online and Taiyo Yuden pretty much just online.

Please pick up some Verbatim media. The most common are +R 16 X.
                        MID = MCC 004
                        Try these at 8X.

Thanks for posting your laptop make and model.
However, I'm still unable to track down the burner.

                        Please download and run
                        VSO Inspector
                        and post a screeshot.

It's free, safe and deveoped by VSO...the same folks who author VSO, Fab's default burn engine.

It will ID your burner and MID like so:

It's useful to obtain other info too.
For eg., you can see on the next screenshot that this burner was flashed with Liggy and Dee's modified firmware to provide bitsetting and rpc1 (region-free coding):

I copied the movie with the HD DVD burner and it fixed the problem. Ok, final problem is the audio is really quiet. I normally keep my volume on 30 with no issues. I have to put it on 45 to match what used to be 30. I can deal with this though. Would I have to change my settings to burn a double layer disc? I have some videos that were too big for 4.7GB and I bought 8.5GB.

sageraziel glad to hear you got it working
The only settings you will have to change are your quality settings after DVD Fab scans your movie on the bottom middle to DVD9 and also if using +r media green check top right DVD / BluRay /write / make sure set book type to DVD-Rom is checked and you should be good to go.
Also if you set up ImgBurn as to the instructions in the tutorial you will also need to set your new media write speed as not to burn to fast, recommended is 1/2 the max speed of your media.

What type of file has the highest quality? I thought .avi but apparently not.
