Need Help. DVDFab can't read a DVD disc except for 80 MB out of 7GB

Hi. As the title states, I have a problem with a disc and DVDFab 12.0.1.5. I can't seem to be able to copy a dvd disc. The program is only able to detect 80 mb out of 7gb. A few years ago, with the same disc and an older version of DVDFab, I didn't have that trouble. Is there anything that can be done to correct this, please ?

The first thing you can do is attach the DVDFab internal log file to a post. You have not supplied sufficient information to be able to help you. Instructions for supplying logs are linked in my sig, below. If you can’t see the link, refresh the page.

Please go to Common Settings>DVD>Pathplayer, disable Pathplayer to copy the movie again and see if it will make a difference.
PathPlayer should be left in the default "Always Enable" mode unless there is some problem copying a certain DVD movie.

Ok, thanks. It worked. Strange though. In the older DVDFab 7 version(s), I've never had this issue ( I just rechecked today on my old laptop that I don't use much anymore and it worked without the "parthplayer" change). How come this happened with this recent version ?

It could be caused by something we don't notice yet. Is it possible that you created a PISO file (ISO file with copy protection) using Passkey > Rip to Image > Keep Protection or using Imgburn and then send it to us to help check it out? Thanks in advance.
