Problems with New Moon

v7025 wont open ANY dvd on my pc

im having a problem alot of others are having in that the new beta will not open ANY movie, including new moon. I tried an older disk after reinstalling v6218 and it opens fine. i even install aspi drivers as some have said but the problem remains, v 7025 will not open ANY disk. I hope the admins read this and can fix the problem, v7502 is useless to me the way it is now.

7.0.2.5 bheta does not handle New Moon correctly

Please make sure you are using as it is the only version with support for New Moon.

I used latest beta and while the copy process did complete, the copy was missing a portion of the opening scenes.

As AGJ said New Moon is not a problem as long as you install the latest BETA version 7.0.2.5.

I tried it with 6.2.1.8 and it could not get past the Analyzing stage.

Guess I won't be using ver 6 and longer ....

DVDFab has no problems with the New Moon DVD so if you having a problem then start a thread and explain in that thread you start the problem that you are having

Hi there, I've been reading all the comments about New Moon #2, and I have tried them all. I already have the 7.0.2.5, I've changed my I/O modes, failed, unplugged my internet connection as Copycat 319 said to do, nothing changed. WHERE do I find this pass key? I can't seem to find that at all, can you tell me where to look please? Trying not to get frustrated here, have never had a problem like this EVER with DVDFab, Thanks, Scotty M.

I just tried New Moon and I'm getting Reading?Writing Error Control Error while reading ? Choose what to do? I tried ignore all, then retry and Ignore. Can anyone tell me what to do? ( I'm new at this )

Help is on the way! Start DVDFAB 7.0.2.5 and then disconnect your IE services. You will be able to back up the whole disc. Turn on IE services when you are done.

I "Removed" 7.0.2.5, re-downloaded and re-installed 6.2.1.8, set PathPlayer to "Off", went to "Main Movie" choice, chose Title "1", and it works perfectly, playing through from beginning to end, even with all 3 sound tracks and subtitles. Note: It did take awhile to read and open the New Moon disc; however, it worked. I definitely think the 7.0.2.5 needs some work. Thanks.

Uninstalling version 6 after installing version 7

yes you can uninstall version 6 safely and delete the dvdfab 6 icon on your desktop along with the icon on the tool bar on the bottom....And thank you DVDFab for coming on with version 7 for new moon to work. Burned my movie and it works great!!

You can remove DVDFab 6 if you want as it not needed but you can keep both and use either one if prefer

Hi there to everyone I was having troubles with New Moon until I realized there is a new version beta 7.0.2.5 so I downloaded already and now I have the old DVDFab6 and a new DVDFab7, two icons on my desktop and two DVDFab programs between my programs and features, my question is simple: Can I just erase now the DVDFab 6 from my laptop and just let the new one running? It's that ok? or I have 2 keep both ?.
