DVDFab does not recognize a DVD..

DVDFab does not recognize DVD (Tyler Perry's) The Family that Preys. The program starts up..tells me to insert disc, but when i do it just sits idle. Nothing. Other DVDs rip fine. I'm new and still do not understand all the settings, however, managed to rip and burn others.
I have V6.2.1.8 .I tried to update and message said I have the most current version. My OS is Windows 7. Thanks!

If V6218 is working for you on all disc you have tried except one then I suspect you have a problem with the disc not the software.
