    dvd to dvd

    yes im having problems. i will but a dvd in and it will try to copy it but i get error message.... task_1 failed: error 120().. the disk has no scratches and plays perfect in my dvd player. can you please help

    Please post the logs, it will have the details of the error message. See the Help Us Help You document posted in this forum for details.

                We can not help unless you post some information of what you are doing and what is happening.

                What Version of fab V 7xxxx Please do not say latest version... list a version number.

                What are you trying to do?
                What mode are you using?
                What media are you using?
                We need to see a log, this would help in finding the problem.

                I had replied to your original thread that error 120 meant incompatible media.

                  i am using the version dvdfab 7.0.3.0. and im sorry its error 102 not 120. i put in a movie and try to copy it using dvd to dvd and it never finishes i always end up with the same error code. the movie plays fine in the dvd player. there is a log i hope it is helpful and i hope i gave you everything you need. thank you

                        And 102 DVD_Error_ReadFile usually means a dirty or scratched disk.

                          And also it may be an older release that requires Pathplayer to be turned off

                            all i see is 7.0.4.0 is that the same thing? or where do i find the one you were talking about?
