Change Video folder after an ISO conversion

I'm using the latest production release. I've got my collection ripped to Video_TS. I'm now trying to convert a number of them to .ISO. Once I convert 1 movie, when I go back to select another Video_TS folder, it refuses to read it and defaults back to the previous one.

Can't seem to find any controls for that behavior at all. Expected? Unexpected?

I'm using the Main Movie option in the DVD to DVD section.

This is unexpected. Are you clicking the folder icon when you go back to select another folder? You should be using Write Data mode instead of Main Movie unless
you want to process the ISO further.

Write Data Mode?

I am using the Folder Icon. The processing bar pops up for about 2 seconds then goes away and the original folder is listed still.
