hard disk activity to reach threshold level

friends,

i'm having a little trouble backing up a disk. i'm using version 7060 and have windows xp.

the rip has gone fine - but the burning is having a problem. as far as i can tell, my copy is good and plays fine.

thoughts?

at the time of this rip - i only had 1GB of free HDD space.

i cleaned some things off then had 6GB of free HDD space. i tried again and got the error again but only once.

just in case that was my problem

You need to get a bigger disk or a better machine !!!

I agree, you need more disc space for working with video files. You have a good drive and among the best blank media. The drive may be fragmented too. I used to get this message with Img occasionally but it stopped after I increased the buffer size setting from 40 MB to 384 MB. Try that and see if it helps.
