    Backup Problem

    Problem:

I start up DVDFab, insert the the DVD i wish to backup, most of the time nothing happens it dosnt even start to scan the DVD, all other times it just hangs when the blue "Open DVD source" screen comes, it just stands on that screen forever with the progress bar running, and is i press cancel on that screen it just hangs, no more progress on bar but screen dosnt close down.

only logfile i get is this, maybe because it want to copy the DVD to HDD, not burn a copy.

    dvdfab_internal.log:

Do you have any other copying/burning or other software installed that may be interfering with DVDFab's access to the drive? If you have ImgBurn, use its Filter Driver load order (under Tools) to see if there is anything there. You can always try changing the DVDFab I/O control in Common Settings to ASPI from SPTI or Auto. DVDFab "low stress" mode:

      In Common Settings:
      Turn off read ahead cache
Turn off Check for new version
      disable Preview autostart
temporarily disable PathPlayer, set it back to "Always Enable" when done

You should also update to the latest beta.
