dvd to dvd full disk v5250 and ignorance

Sorry if I sound dumb but I am so oh well. i have not used DVDfad much except for some mp3 stuff near the beginning of the year. Well my problem is this...
I tried to do a DVD to DVD full disk from a video that was recorded of a concert at a family theater. They sold the video to the audience after the show. What happened is when I did the full disk it took all the info off the disk and i can not put it on a new disk or the old disk that it came off of. I have the info in my doc/DVDfab/fulldisc/video/video_ts folder but can not do anything with it.

Please help, if i lose this movie my family will kill me as it has vidoe of my great neice of it.

    thanks, wud39

Was the disc a DVD-RW? That is about the only way DVDFab could have erased the data from the original. You can burn a new disc from the VIDEO_TS folder using the DVDFab Write Data function (if it was present in the outdated version you are using) by clicking on the folder icon in the Source area. You should probably test the files in the VIDEO_TS folder first to see if they play correctly. You will need a software player for your PC to do this. If you don't have one, you can use VLC Media player, which is free at www.videolan.org . It will let you play the content and see if all is OK with the folder on your hard drive.
