Disc Error

I'm trying to copy a 1969 DVD, "The Wild Bunch", and tried using this version as well as version 6.2.1.8. Both times it said the copy was successfully copied but the DVD said "disc error".

Do you have any suggestions on what I can do to copy this DVD?
