HELP....Not getting pass the copying of a DVD

I am so stuck and I have not heard back for the tech support. This is my first time using DVDFAB and I am having a hard time. I copy the full DVD but can not get passed putting in the blank DVD. It says detecting writable media in drive. The a few seconds later it says Please insert a compatible media to start the write process. It has a DVD+r in it but it keeps kicking it out. I used old and new writable dvds. Help......

Look at the bottom of the screen dooes it say DVD5 or dvd9 if you are using standard dvd and not a DL disc to burn set it to dvd5 and it should burn for you.
