Hi, the preview for the dvd copy when your transcoding is still not working am I missing something in settings?

DVDFab Preview still not working
Even though in October 2010 it was said that it would be available, it still doesn't work now in February 2011. Not sure tech support people actually get what the problem is. They continue to have us try different fixes or to check certain settings, but have not come up with a worthwhile fix. Not very good advertising the product for paying customers.Comment
