    Problem using merge on "giant"

Giant is a flipper and I want to merge both sides into one hard drive file so I can package it in a single .mkv file. When I follow the example "coverting a flipper disc to a single" I wind up with two title sets and therefore two .mkv titles. I would like to make the entire movie into one title set so I will get one .mkv file. The original has chapters 1 to 30 on side A and 31 to 56 on side B. I wanted merge to make one title set with chapters 1 to 56. Is there a way to do this? Would appreciate any help offered.

Sorry, no way to do this with Merge mode. One reason it runs so fast is that it doesn't re-encode the titles. Some DVD editing/encoding apps will do this.
