crash

I havw 7 plat and just upgraded to 8 and it reads disk for a few min and then it finishes and just crashes out,win xp,all service packs and updates..

Hi vendo,

Please uninstall and install the latest version 8.0.3.2 of DVDFab at first.

Then load another DVD movie to see if this is a universal problem or just for this one DVD.

im using just main movie,it just closes out..i have the newest one installed

Hi vendo,

Please try the following steps to see if the crash problem can be fixed:

1) Uninstall and reinstall the latest beta version 8.0.3.5 at .

2) Click the tick green icon button at the right top corner of the DVDFab screen, open "Common Settings" window, click on "Pathplayer", active/deactive it .

3) You can also click the round green icon button with a check mark at the right top corner of the DVDFab screen,
and open Common Settings->General->A/V Codec, set video decoder as software and set video encoder as software, then copy again.
