Try setting all codec functions to "Software" in DVDFab Common Settings->A/V Codec. What is the type/model of your video card?

3m 41.86s: stream(4113,AVC,0) stream(4352,LPCM,0)

Please do not choose lpcm audio track, the current "mkv.remux" profile can not accept LPCM as input.

I saw that in your log: you did MKV remux every time. But the Audio of this disc is LPCM.
LPCM can't support MKV remux, Please select others audio track if you want to use remux function.
