Why in 8085 the "same as source" video bit rate is not recognized?

This movie is 29 but FAB sees it as 23. If I leave it at 23 the audio is out of sync.
If I change it to 29, problem solved.

SUBTITLES - At the beginning of the movie there are English subs. I check on English and also on display forced and I get no English subs. Tried different variations of the subs with no luck.

After reading other threads about 8085 I am also going back to 8073 where I do not have these problems.

The original film was in 23.976fps and repeated frames where added (called pulldown) to make it DVD compliant. There is likely something going wrong in the transition to remove the repeated frames and drop back to the real Fps.

Why do you try QT beta version which will instead of MFC version.
It is low defect than previous. And we have fixed the A/V sync issue, so please waiting for next QT beta build.

Went to 8087 beta and got the posted issues fixed.

Now, I click on Preview and NO PREVIEW -NO PIC.

What am I missing here? Should I wait for the next version?

Yes, real time Preview bug have in DVD. Not the logic is wrong. NO real time preview in copy process, have real time preview in ripping process. This issue please wait longer.
But the A/V sync issue have been fixed, so please try again until the new beta version build.
