BD Ripper (3D Plus) Cuda with 8400 GS Slow?

    hello i have a question,
i use an nvidia 8400 GS in this moment (my HD 5670 broke)
and if i try to use CUDA for DECODING bluray's DVDFab run very slow (4 / 5 fps sec.) ... with the software mode i gain 18 / 20 fps sec.. it's normal?
the 8400 GS is too weak?

in the ENCODE mode "software + CUDA" runs well (30 fps sec)..

any idea? blow away the 8400's CUDA and use SOFTWARE for this moment?

Check to make sure the nvidia driver is up to date. It is not uncommon for software (CPU) to be faster than CUDA with older or less capable cards. I have the a similar situation and almost always use the Software settings.

For 8400 GS, I suggest to use CUDA as encoder and SOFTWARE as decoder, and it's the default automatic setting of DVDFab.
