Force FPS

How do i force 25/30 fps when converting blu ray to mp4,it seems its stuck on same as source. 23.56 isn't very smooth
i 've tried editing the profile and have changed it to out 3 with 25/30 set in the profile, saved then restarted fab but still no option in framerate drop down
using version 8.0.4.0

Try updating to a more current version of DVDFab. It is set to same as source to help prevent audio sync problems. The v8087 Beta produces very smooth video using the iPhone profiles (M4V files).
