DVD Ripper HTC Flyer - profile that works?

I'm trying to find a profile that will play on the HTC Flyer. I've tried several so far with no luck.
Anyone been successful and would like to share what works for them? Please, no guesses. I've read the recommondations that I could find in the forum and they don't work. Tried and true, please. I'll keep pressing on - but hoping someone has figured it out.

Try the nookcolor profile



Change bitrate to 800kbps and volume to 200 or 250%.

If you want to try it at 512kbps go to archive.org and click on a movie in mp4512kbps format. It is basically the same format only at 800kbps and better audio.

OK - having successes.

1) Thanks BillBell52 for the suggestion on the iPodTouch profile. This is good for HTC Flyer. A file created using this method will play on the native HTC Flyer player, the 'Gallery'. All though I know many player options exist, I really wanted to crack this nut and get something to play with pre-installed software.
2) That being said, I found two additional, free video players out on the Android Market will play a variety of other file types such as WMV, MP4, AVI, etc. Although need to note that all players don't play all things. So, it's sort of a try one, if it doesn't work, try the other. Those two player names are 'doubleTwist' and 'arcMedia'. Since I have such a large library of ripped files, I really wanted something that would work with what I had already and not have to re-rip movies just for the Flyer.

Moboplayer is also pretty good. It's the only free one I've found that plays WMVs well on my Galaxy Tab 10.1 (my original reason for finding it), so it's probably worth a try on your Flyer as it plays a bunch of other stuff well too.
