BD Ripper (3D Plus) Work 1 Failed, Error = 500.01 2 mkv / Process Failed!

DVDFab version: 8.1.1.2
OS: Win7x64

Two questions...

First, I get the error listed in title when trying to RIP a Blu ray using mkv.h264.audiocopy profile on titles with PCM audio.

Second, The "High Quality Encoding (2-pass)" option doesn't work anymore. The rip gets to 50% then hangs. Tried it on several movies all with the same result. To the best of my memory this started happening after I upgraded to 8.1.1.2.

I have the same error when trying to rip blu ray to mkv.remux.
Tried several times but error keep coming out. How do we resolve this?

Do as terry5 suggested, post the log file.

Hi XuYuan,
The profiles mkv.h264.audiocopy and mkv.remux do not support PCM audio tracks' copy. Please try other profiles,such as mkv.h264.ac3.
