BD Ripper (3D Plus) A/V out of sync

When ripping "All the president's men" (german bluray edition), audio and video are out of sync by many seconds.
I try to rip with the default iPad profile.
    Any ideas?

    Thanks! Martin

Update: With software only decoding/encoding, all is fine. It happens when I enable "CoreAVC" for decoding.

This is a known issue with CoreAVC versions from 2.6 and up, possibly others. It is being worked on.
