Go to Commom Settings page, DVD/ Blu-ray->PathPlayer, disable pathplayer and try again. Wish it helps.

I have tried all the options of Retry, Abort, Ignore and Ignore All without any luck. When I select Abort the 15 titles appear in the list and it starts analyzing title 15 which is shown as 4 hours long. I don't know how long this might take for it to analyze. Maybe I haven't given it long enough. When I select Cancel the program freezes and I have to kill it.

I also have an older version of DVDFab installed on my machine. Could this have anything to do with it?

You have read errors in the log, try cleaning the disk even if it looks clean. If you still get these read errors it may be a poorly manufactured DVD it happens.

I cleaned it and there was no difference.

The DVD plays just fine on my Samsung BluRay DVD player and on my computer DVD drive but for some reason DVDFab is unable to read it.

Playing on a set top player has nothing to do with the ability to make a bit for bit backup. Set top players are much more forgiving. Download the free VSO inspector and scan it for bad spots on the disk. You might need an "on-fly-decrypter" like Passkey running in the background, bad sectors are part of some protection schemes.
