This Notice is to alert you that the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year) Holiday is underway in China and much of Asia and for this reason the DVDFab Office will be closed until February 4. During this period, support by chat and email will not be available but the forum will be here for any problems you may encounter. Purchases of new products and license renewals may be made normally on the DVDFab website. Thanks for your understanding and Happy New Year!
I tried to play a avi rip directly from my computer, before any changes were made (raw format), when I tried playing it crashed VLC Player, and wmp, plays sound no video, what is going on with this Title, when I rip to mkv I at least get a/v but out of sync with both players.

Hi, robandcat
Please post your log file about ripper AVI! Thanks!

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
If your playback device supports it, please use a MP4+AAC profile for this title for now. There is a problem with the authoring on this disc and there is an internal workaround for MP4 but not other profiles yet.
When you have sync issues, it often helps to disable all GPU acceleration and also CoreAVC.
