DVD Ripper [VBR] Where is the option

Hello,

on facebook, it was announced that DVDfab ripper was now supporting VBR encoding.

I don't see such an option.

Where is it ?

It is not an option, it is a change in the DVDFab core engine. All non-Passthrough profiles that encode are now VBR. I am told this also applies to compression or encoding in the Copy modules. There are no controls or switches that I am aware of. Applies to single or multi-pass encoding.

Is there a way to be in 2 pass by default ?

It is long to choose 2-pass each time when there are multiple titles

DVDFab profile editor doesn't help

At one time I think this was selectable within the profile, not sure if it is still true or not. If it is not available in Profile Editor, probably not, sorry. Put it in the Feature Request forum. Although I don't use 2-pass, I can see that the number of clicks and selections necessary would be annoying.
