DVD to Mobile Shuts Down Vista

My DVD to Mobile option has worked good for over a year.
Recently it has started to crash halfway through the process.
Basically ever since I upgraded from dvdfab5 to dvdfab6.
I am currently on 6.2.0.5

DVD to DVD works perfect

I am not using a laptop, I dont think its a overheating issue.

I am copying to the computer first as described in best practices thread.

I have removed any other software that I have recently installed that may be causing a conflict as well.

Iam at a loss of what else to do, any suggestions?

Please attach the log files as described in the Help Us Help You document posted near the top of the thread list in this forum. Describe more fully what happens when the problem occurs, i.e. any error codes or messages, does it happen at the exact same point every time and if it happens on all movies or just certain ones, etc.

I successfully fixed my DVDFab overheating problems (which caused my computer to immediately power itself off) with a can of compressed air blowing out all the dust around the CPU. You may want to give that a try. Otherwise you should see if it does this on all movies or just one movie.
