I saw another post on This means war BluRay and I had the same issue - Normally I Copy main movie first then Rip from my copy - has worked for years now. I Rip to the default PS format mp4

This means war stops as in the other post at the 70(odd)% percent mark I have tried multiple times same issue

Tried changing destination of file also , No joy
Now trying the same thing with News years Eve and same issue but stalls at 30-40 %

Copies work fine, Ripping failing - Tried direct from disc also = No joy same thing.

Nothing has changed on my PC that I can think of since it worked Not seeing anything in log her is the one fro the last try of New Years Eve, ran for 2 hrs before I cancelled it

It is not clear if you have tried disabling all GPU acceleration in DVDFab Settings. If not, please try it, also update to the current version 8.1.9.2 Beta. Post a new log for v8.1.9.2 after installing.

      Issue resolved - reason known

Thanks - Previously had updated to most current non beta code DVDFab 8.1.9.0 and shut off all GPU and went to software only, this was how it was in the above case.

I saw your remarks and downloaded the Beta code as requested, and on a whim went in to setting and set default - turning back on the GPU, Thought I would try this since as stated never had issues in the past with this and the films ripped fine.

don't know what was wrong but it is fixed now, for now

      Thanks
