Hi Jabba468 and welcome to Fab
Open Fab click the Click the Green at top right corner of the DVD Fab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, put a check in Disable all GPU codes and make sure they are set to Software, restart Fab and try again.

Any nvidia card exept the 670. With an i7 quad core, you may find that setting to all software (no GPU) is faster/more stable anyway. The new version of DVDFab (v8.1.9.6) has a number of fixes for 3D sources, please install it and post a new log file if you still have a problem.

Also, please do not compress/convert from your ODD (BD disc)

Rip to your hdd as BD50 folder or Clone .ISO.
Then go ahead and compress/convert from the hdd files.

I realize this is an additional step, but....

          This will maximize efficiency, ie.,
          reduce predisposition to errors,
avoid the bottleneck associated with compressing from your ODD,
save excessive wear and tear on your BD drive and ultimately be quicker,
          despite the 2-step process.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
