DVD Ripper Freezing

I am running 8.2.0.3, and when I use DVD Ripper about 20% of the movies will cause the software to freeze. There is no error message. If I cancel the movie and move on to the next, about 25% of the time I will get a message the FabCore.exe has stopped working.

This has been going occuring for about 3 months now.

I have use DVD Copy and copied the main movie, and that works OK. I then burnt the main movie to a dvd and it plays fine.

Any ideas why some movies will not rip?

Freezing

I did try the new release and still nada. At 39.93% the encoding goes to 0 frames per second, the the task time counters continue to click away.

im having the same problem. loaded two movies, only for it to remain in "open source" and not progress beyond that. went through the end task performance, came back that the program wasn't responding. here's the internal log for one:

Hi Dark Intentions
Try disabling Path player in settings to see if the disc will now open.

To do this Open Fab Click the Green √ top right > Protection > Path Player click Disable Path Player click OK restart Fab and try again, just remember to set it back to Always Enabled.

Freezing

While the latest version 8.2.0.8 QT still locks up converting an unprotected DVD image using the iPad 3 /h264/1080p profile, it does work great using the Apple TV profile.

Go figure.

Hopefully support can figure out what is wrong with the profile and get it fixed.

Ripping to Apple TV stalls repeatedly

Help. I recently purchased a 3 pack of Audrey Hepburn movies and have been trying for two days to get them ripped to Apple TV. It's usually around 1/3 of the way through the process when it stalls and just keeps increasing the task time left. This is my first post so please be gentle :-) Here is my log.
