It will require an updated version of DVDFab, which should be out soon. Passkey suppports this disc now.

          Prometheus Fix

Is it absolutely necessary to to update to 8215 or will 8213 work as I'd rather not do full programme updates unless really required --- Previously the decryption updates were held on the DVDFab server and this worked fine with 'older' versions. Thanks

            8.2.1.5 didn't work for Prometheus

I was able to create an ISO image but when played there was no audio. When I tried to rip it gave me a 504 error...I think. I sent log files in,

Please go to Common settings-> General -> A/V codec, un-select "Enable Light-Recoding" and try again.

i'm using 8215 and it worked fine for me. i'm region 2/uk. i was able to rip and copy only a few hours ago. my settings are: decode: h.264-cuda, and to encode was just as Software.

i have to have it like that as it is the only way to remove artifacts from the final rip. but our pc's are all different, just do what terry5 says and try again, and if that doesn't work report back and i'm sure the guys here will help.

Tryed all different settings and 8215QT still says BD+ not supported now!

Also uninstalled and reinstalled 8215QT and it didn't install correctly, the little Monkey Head is not there, its looks like a piece of paper with the corner folded!, but its surely not working!
