BD Ripper (3D Plus) Jackie Chan Kung Fu Master

Hello,

I have been able to use Passkey to create an ISO file.
DVDFab Media Player plays the ISO file.

When I use DVDFAB Blu-Ray ripper, (Version 8.2.1.5) to create an AVI file the audio and video are out of sync. I have tried ripping directly from the disk as well as the ISO file. I have tried using both hardware and software decoding.

Anyone else able to get this DVD to work?

What step should I be taking to try and debug this issue?

I have attached the last 22kb of the current internal log. The original internal log file was too large for the upload.

Let me know if you would like me to "zero out" the log files and run DVDFab again with any specific settings.

Is there any documentation that would help me to understand what is written in the log files?

You can copy and paste from the internal log using Notepad, it's just a text file with the most recent session appended each time.

Is the sync off throughout the movie by the same amount, or does it start OK, then get worse as it progresses? Do you need AVI and the high bitrate for some particular reason? What is your playback device?

OK.

I cannot tell if the sync gets worse or better as the movie progresses. How would I be able to measure that?

There is a multi-color bar that shows up for a minute or so before the movie begins.

I use h.264 with MP3 as my default. The choice of the higher bitrate for the MP3 audio was chosen to help improve the sound quality. I chose this combination because I thought it would be the most compatible across many devices.

My primary devices are a Samsung TV, Visio TV, Dell Laptop computer, an ASUS TF201, and a Nexus One telephone.

Before my initial post I tried many different options for the video and audio. None of them worked.

Please do not change the audio bitrate and try it again. It's OK here no matter change it or not.
What's more, playback the output files by VLC(free) in PC.

Still no luck with default bit rate

Hello,

I ran it again with h.264.mp3 codec. I did not change the bit rate. I did change the file name and volume level.

When I run the result through VLC the audio is way ahead of the video.

If you have been successful in ripping this blu-ray move could you give me the specific settings you used?
